The purpose of this blog is to advertise my commercial skills to the Construction Industry.
As a Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience gained over 30 years both in the UK and abroad, I believe that I can provide the commercial skills and assistance that you need to make your project succeed, be it property refurbishment, new build, or a large-scale civil engineering project.
I do not limit myself to only "live" projects, as I can review and advise on financial budgets, cost control, contractor and subcontractor selection, project management, and agreement of the final account, including negotiation of contracts and terms & conditions, both pre and post contract.
